I found these Dreamfarm Lockorns on Amazon the other day and I am officially obsessed with their weird, industrial vibe. Most corn holders look like sad, plastic toothpicks.
These look like tiny, angry security bolts. They are bright yellow and black, which gives them this perfect Caution Tape energy that really pops on a shelf next to my original VHS copy of Critters.
For fifteen dollars, you are basically buying jewelry for your dinner table.
They have a clever locking mechanism that makes them feel like little tools. You twist them and they snap together so they stay sharp while hiding in your junk drawer.
I am always worried about poking myself on stray utensils while digging for batteries or mystery keys. These solve that problem with style.
Plus, they look like miniature sculptures.
I love things that serve a hyper-specific function but refuse to be boring. They are sturdy, tactile, and honestly, a bit intimidating.
If you have an empty spot on your shelf that needs a little bit of yellow plastic flair, grab these immediately. It is nice to own something that works well and looks like it belongs in a very small, very hungry machine shop.
